| Product dribbles or leaks from nozzle | - Incomplete press: Ensure you are pressing the pump down fully and quickly. - Viscosity too low: The pump mechanism might be designed for a thicker product. |
| Pump feels "stuck" or hard to press | - Safety lock engaged: Check if the pump head needs to be twisted to unlock. - Product clog: Dried product can jam the spring mechanism. Soak the pump assembly in warm water to dissolve residue. |
